Crispy Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Balls

These easy no-bake chocolate peanut butter balls are crunchy, creamy, and coated in rich chocolate. They’re perfect for holiday dessert trays, parties, or a quick homemade sweet treat.

Ingredients

1½ cups creamy peanut butter

2 cups crispy rice cereal

1 cup powdered sugar

3 tablespoons melted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening

How to Make

Mix the peanut butter, melted butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar in a large bowl until smooth.

Gently fold in the crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.

Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.

Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil until smooth.

Dip each chilled ball completely into the melted chocolate.

Return them to the parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes, until the chocolate coating is firm.

Keep chilled until ready to serve.
